These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of snowbnb.com (the "Site") and your participation in the SnowBnB Owner Deposit Program. The Site and the Program are operated by SnowBnB, Inc. ("SnowBnB," "we," "us"), Maryville, Tennessee. By using the Site or placing a deposit, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Owner Deposit Program
The Owner Deposit Program lets property owners reserve a future installation of a SnowBnB automated snow-making system. A deposit reserves your place in the installation queue for your market and locks in launch pricing. A deposit is not a purchase of equipment or a guarantee of installation by a specific date; installation timing depends on market rollout, site suitability, and scheduling.

- Refundable portions may be refunded at any time upon request, for any reason.
- To request a refund, email info@snowbnb.com from the email address used at checkout. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- All deposit amounts (including non-refundable portions) are credited in full toward your installation fee if you proceed with installation.
- If SnowBnB does not launch in your market within 24 months of your deposit, you may request a full refund of the entire deposit, including any non-refundable portion.
- If your property is evaluated and found unsuitable for installation, your entire deposit is refunded in full.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. SnowBnB does not store your card details. Charges will appear on your statement from SnowBnB, Inc.
4. Site evaluations and installations
Site evaluations determine whether your property is suitable for a SnowBnB system. Evaluation does not obligate either party to proceed. Installation is subject to a separate installation agreement covering pricing, scope, service terms, and warranties, which will be provided before any installation work begins.
5. No performance guarantee
Occupancy and booking statistics on the Site reflect results observed at pilot properties. Individual results vary with property, market, pricing, and season. SnowBnB does not guarantee any specific increase in bookings, occupancy, or revenue. Snow production depends on weather conditions (primarily temperature) and equipment operation.
6. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information, or using automated tools to submit forms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, video, logos, and branding — belongs to SnowBnB, Inc. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnowBnB's total liability arising out of or relating to the Site or the Deposit Program is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes to the refund policy will not apply retroactively to deposits already placed.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
