This Privacy Policy explains how SnowBnB, Inc. ("SnowBnB," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit snowbnb.com (the "Site"), join a waitlist, contact us, or place a deposit.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, city/state, property details, trip preferences, and messages you send through our forms.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and the contact details you provide at checkout.
• Automatically collected information: like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies (described below) that collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request (waitlists, evaluations, deposits, bookings).
• To send you the updates you signed up for, such as property availability and launch timelines. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To process payments and refunds and keep records of them.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use the following third-party tools, which may set cookies or collect usage data:

• HubSpot — our customer relationship management platform; tracks form submissions and site visits so we can follow up with you.
• Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share or sell your email address to third parties for their own marketing. We keep contact records while your inquiry, waitlist spot, or deposit is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below); we may retain payment records as required for tax and accounting purposes.

• Unsubscribe: use the link in any marketing email, or email us.
• Access, correction, deletion: email info@snowbnb.com and we will honor your request within 30 days, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
