What does SnowBnB actually install?

SnowBnB installs an automated snow-making system at your property. It produces real snow on demand, so your guests can enjoy a snow experience regardless of weather conditions. We handle the full installation and setup.

Is my deposit refundable?

Reserve Owner ($49) deposits are fully refundable at any time. Priority Owner has a $49 non-refundable portion ($100 refundable). Premier Owner has a $99 non-refundable portion ($200 refundable). All deposits are credited toward your installation fee when you move forward. The Snow Pledge ($35, fully refundable) is available for property owners outside our current launch markets who want to signal demand in their area.

When will SnowBnB launch in my market?

We're actively rolling out in VA, TN, NC, SC, GA, KY, and PA. Exact launch dates vary by market and demand. Deposit holders are the first to receive launch timeline updates. Snow Pledge holders in other markets help us prioritize where to expand next.

What does "deposits credited toward installation" mean?

Whatever you deposit now gets subtracted from your installation fee later. So a $149 Priority deposit means you pay $149 less when it's time to install. You're not paying extra on top of the installation cost.

How do I request a refund?

Email us at info@snowbnb.com with your refund request. Refundable portions are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Can I upgrade my tier later?

Yes! You can upgrade from Reserve to Priority or Premier at any time. Your original deposit amount is applied toward the upgrade. Contact us at info@snowbnb.com to upgrade.
